QUALITY MOTTO: USED, BUT EXCELLENT!
When setting aside items to sell please use our motto as your guide, “USED, BUT EXCELLENT”. The better your clothes, equipment and toys look, the better they will sell and be enjoyed by our customers. We do not accept any items with stains, fading, holes, broken zippers or snaps, or are recalled. All toys, furniture, and other kids gear must be in workable condition with no missing parts and have working batteries. All items will be inspected at check in and we will reject any items not conforming to our standards.
ESSENTIAL THINGS YOU'LL NEED (A TRIP TO TARGET SHOULD DO IT)
White Cardstock Paper – Printing tags with clean crisp bar codes will ensure items scan successfully at checkout. Colored cardstock does not scan and your items may be rejected at drop off if using colored cardstock or have smudgy/faded barcodes. Set you printer on draft if your barcode is smudgy. Change your ink if it is faded.
Washi Tape or Stamp - Please stamp or mark all tags with a unique rubber stamp (or sharpie) on the front of the tag (same place on each tag and same color ink) so the re-sorting process at the end of the sale will be easier for all to find your unsold items. Please do not use a black circle or dot as it will mimic the 'donate' item mark. If you plan on donating all your unsold items, you do NOT need to stamp/mark your tags. Tags without a unique stamp or marking will NOT be accepted.
Safety Pins – Used to affix tags to clothing (some people like to buy a tagging gun to speed things up). NO straight pins or staples will be accepted.
Tape - Clear packing tape for most items (blue painters tape for attaching tags to some books so cover doesn't tear). NO scotch tape.
Hangers - Use store hangers, wire dry cleaner hangers, ask family or neighbors if they have extra. We sometimes have wire hangers to sell. Contact us.
Zip Lock Bags – To group small loose toys together. Be sure to secure the zip with clear packing tape to keep all the stuff inside!
Zip Ties – If selling shoes, please zip tie the laces or eyelets together instead of placing in in plastic bags. Shoes in plastic bags will not be accepted. Use zip ties to secure diaper bags, carriers, etc., to hangers.
ACCEPTED ITEMS
ACCEPTED: Toys, Clothing, Shoes, Bedding (no non-breathable bumpers), Strollers, Games, Puzzles, Books, Baby Gear and Equipment, etc. Anything and Everything Babies and Kids Need, Use and Want!

SELLING TIPS (MORE MONEY FOR YOU)
-Clothing in two piece sets and outfits sell better than single pieces! Pair a top & bottom together for one price. Be sure to include a clear description of both pieces of clothing on the tag. Sets must be same size.
ITEM MAXIMUMS AND WORKING CONDITION, ETC.
With thousands of items coming in, we must limit some items so all consignors have equal opportunity to display and sell their items. Make sure to select your best items to sell!

Clothing: 100 item maximum, within the 100 items the following maximums also apply:
- Infant: 30 items in size 0-12 month per gender - Infant: 30 items in size 18-24 month per gender - Girls: 10 items in each size 10-16 UNACCEPTED: - NO Maternity - NO Girls sizes over 16 - NO Junior Girls or Women's Clothing - NO clothing with drawstrings unless sewn into middle back by manufacturer - NO Women's Shoes - NO crib bumpers - Clothing/Shoes faded/worn out/scuffed, etc. - NO recalled items - check first! |
Books, Games, Puzzles: Movies must be in working condition without scratches and be in original cases. Games and Puzzles must be inclusive of all pieces and securely wrapped in plastic/saran wrap to prevent loss of pieces.
- Books: 25 maximum - Please be mindful of tagging your books so the tape does not rip the covering. Blue painters tape is an excellent choice. |

Toys: Must have all parts and be in working condition. All battery operated toys must have working batteries to showcase the item. We do not accept stuffed animals that are not battery operated, Disney, Build-A-Bear, current kid movie related, or specialty.

Baby Equipment: All pieces must be visible and setup in store for easy display, such as swings, bouncers, pack & plays, strollers.
