PRICE, PRINT & TAG YOUR ITEMS USING OUR ONLINE INVENTORY SYSTEM
Once you register to consign (sell) your items with us, you will use the "Consignor Login" link at the top of the page to login to your online account. From there, you can add items, price and print tags.
1) PRICE
Add your items into our online inventory system. Type a detailed description and set the price:
Bad Description = “Dress” or "Book"
Good Descriptions help sell your items quickly = “Gymboree Pink Striped Dress, Retails $29.99” or "Green Eggs & Ham"
Pricing Guidelines
Minimum price on all items is $1.00. Items above $1.00 dollar must be priced in .50 cent or full dollar increments.
Discount: On the final day of the sale, if your item has not sold, you have the option to offer your item at 50% off the price you listed, which increases the chance your items sell and you receive more money. Just click the box during item entry.
Donate: If you don’t want to pickup your unsold items after the sale, we will donate them to local charities. Just click the box during item entry. If you are planning to donate your items, they will automatically be marked as Discount as well. Selling at 50% off is better than not selling the item at all!

2) PRINT
Print your tags (they come out 6 per page) on white cardstock paper ONLY, make sure the bar code has clear crisp lines (no ink smudging or the scanner will not read the item at checkout. If yours are smudgy, use the 'draft' quality setting as it doesn't lay as much ink on the paper - but make sure they aren't too light either!). Tags must be printed in the 3"x3" size, please do not make smaller as they won't scan.
Tags will be automatically generated from our online inventory system as you enter your items, and can be printed anytime, even after the system has closed for entering inventory.
After you print your tag, ANY CHANGES to price, description, discount or donate, requires printing and affixing a NEW TAG. All Info is tied to the barcode. If you don't change out your tag after making computer changes, items will either be sold at the original entry or not sold at all. Tags with anything handwritten on them will not be sell-able.
Computer Tag Printing Tip: Use Internet Explorer and disable your pop-up blocker. Apple (Mac) users should use the Google Chrome browser. Print on 'draft' setting for crisp barcodes. Also try the 'pdf' version of printing tags, it works great!

3) TAG
See detailed tagging pictures and item types below.
Stamp all tags with a unique rubber stamp or mark with sharpie using the same color ink and on the same spot on the front of each tag so it will be easier to find your items that didn't sell after the sale. Please do not use a circle or dot as it will mimic the 'Donate' mark that is automatically printed on the tag at the middle left side when you chose 'donate' at time of item entry. If you plan to donate your unsold items, you don't need to stamp your tags. This stamp and ink color will become your consignor identification, please use the same stamp/marker and ink for all future sales.
Tag only with safety pins or tagging gun (straight pins and staples are not accepted as they are unsafe) and clear packing tape. Scotch tape is not accepted due to tearing and ripping materials, and it comes off easily.

CLOTHES
Tags should be affixed to the upper right area when facing the item (do not use straight pins). Use of a tagging gun is acceptable, attach the tag the manufacturers neck tag, under the armpit, or underneath the collar.
All clothing must be brought in on either plastic or wire hangers (adult or kids size hangers) with hanger loop facing left in the shape of a number 2. If the item(s) will not stay on the hanger, they must be secured to the hanger with safety pins.
Clothing will NOT be accepted in bags. All clothing including onesies must be on hangers to be accepted. Clothing can be two piece sets and outfits, or multiple onesies, put on one hanger to count as 1 item.

SHOES
Use a zip tie so customers can try shoes on. When using a zip tie, leave the tail end on it long enough to secure packing tape around the plastic zip tie and your tag, then snip the excess zip tie tail.
If the shoes are impossible to zip tie, then secure them in a zip lock baggie. We suggest you write your consignor number on the bottom of the sole or inside should the tag get separated, we just might be able to reprint a tag for you and get them sold!

SMALL TOYS AND LOOSE ITEMS
For smaller toys, bottles/cups, socks and similar sized items, attach tags with clear packing tape, keeping the tape away from the bar code. Bibs: safety pin them together and cover safety pin with clear packing tape so the bibs stay together, describe and indicate the number of bibs on your tag. Secure the zip top with clear packing tape so little hands can't get them open!
BOOKS, MOVIES, PUZZLES, BOARD GAMES
Use clear packing tape or blue painters tape (if packing tape will rip the cover), to apply tags to book covers, movies boxes, puzzle boxes, and board games. Regular scotch tape tends to rip the covers when tags are removed and comes off easily leaving your item un-tagged and un-sellable. Puzzles should be securely wrapped in plastic/saran wrap to prevent loss of pieces. Games should be taped shut. Be sure to use a description on each tag! State "Ten Apples Up On Top", not just 'book'. Tags will occasionally fall off and we want to be able to re-tag your items and sell them for you, and we can't without a description!
STROLLERS
Attach a written description on how to fold/unfold your stroller if it is kinda tricky as many strollers have gone unsold due to customers not being able to work them. Be sure to describe them in detail on the tag "Graco single stroller, blue w/tan stripes".
If you have a stroller and car seat combo (travel system), print enough tags of that same item number to attach to each piece so we know they go together. Specify on the tag what the price includes: Graco Green/Tan Stroller, car seat & base or Stroller, car seat 2 bases - Describe it well :)
Securely attach tag with clear packing tape so it's not easily removable, or use a safety pin and wrap the pin closure with packing tape to secure tag.
Travel Systems Car Seats must be less than 4 years old and conform to all safety inspections. Check the www.cpsc.gov website for any recalls and bring a printout of the Car Seat Safety Check List during drop off.

PACK AND PLAYS & cribs
You will be asked to set up your pack&play and crib at drop off time. Be sure you have a complete description, such as "Graco Green/Tan Plaid with changing top & activity bar". Abbreviate where words where needed so that you have a true description. Apply tag with safety pin and tape on the pin near top rail once assembled. Then wrap the pin closure with clear packing tape to secure. Attach the nylon carry bag with a zip tie to the pack & play. CRIBS: We can only accept those manufactured AFTER June 29, 2011. Refer to the manufacturer sticker on the crib.
Check the www.cpsc.gov website for any recalls and bring a printout of the Crib Safety Checklist during drop off.

HIGHCHAIRS
Attach tag to seatback or shoulder strap of highchair with safety pin, and wrap the pin closure with packing tape to secure tag. Be sure to include detailed description.
BOUNCERS AND FLOOR TOYS
Attach price tag on top side of item where shoppers can view easily. on cloth items, use a safety pin and wrap the pin closure with clear packing tape to secure tag, or tape directly on item by circling the tape around the tag and item so it is not easily removed. Use extra tape to secure if it is a ride on toy as our little shoppers love to test drive before buying and the tape may come off :)
INFANT CARRIERS
Hang all infant carriers such as ergos, bjorns, tulas, etc., slings and wraps, on hangers and securely zip tie them onto the hanger for security purposes. Wrap the safety pin closure, or tagging barb, with clear packing tape so the tag cannot be removed.
BEDDING AND BLANKETS
Bedding sells best when displayed, even with a picture of the set, as people are visual! Please hang all bedding on hangers so shoppers can inspect the items. If you have the original package, you may fold all the items in it, and put a picture of it on the bag. Be sure to secure the bag shut with clear packing tape. NOTE: Only breathable crib bumpers allowed.
