HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR DROP OFF APPOINTMENT
Registration for Drop Off Appointments Opens October 3 at 10:00am
We want your drop off appointment to go as smoothly and quickly as possible. Please anticipate your item drop off to take about 30-90 minutes when you schedule your appointment. With thousands of items coming through our doors, we ask that you please follow these instructions:
1.) Print and complete your consignor agreement and bring it with you. The agreement can be found on the Consignor Login page.
2.) When you arrive; leave your items in the car.
3.) Stop by the front table first.
5.) You will be provided with instructions on how to put out your own items. Rolling racks will be available to assist with unloading and sorting. However, racks are limited, so you may want to bring a wagon, so you do not have to wait for racks. (Faster process if you bring your own).
6.) All clothing and shoes must be sorted in gender and size order at drop off. You will be asked to put your clothing and shoes on the display racks. You know your clothing and shoe sizes best, so it will go fast. Putting them in the correct sizes will ensure they sell as people will be shopping in the size they need.
7.) Allow extra time to set up any items needing assembly.
8.) Once all items are dropped off and assembled, you are free to go!
** If you will be crewing during, drop off days, do not schedule your drop off time during your shift**

- Confirm your crew schedule if any.
- Receive your pre-sale shopping pass.
- If you do not want your check emailed - you must provide us with a self-addressed stamped envelope.

PICKUP YOUR UNSOLD ITEMS AFTER THE SALE
Print and bring your unsold item report. Appointments are not necessary for pickup. Arrive anytime between 4pm and 7pm on Sunday, October 27, 2024. Please bring a box, tub, or wagon with you as rolling racks will not be available.
Pickup should take approximately 30-120 minutes (based on how many unsold items you are picking up.) You will gather all your unsold items and bring them to a designated crew member with your printed unsold item report.
We ask you to double check the consigner number on the tag. We want to make sure all items are returned to their original owner. We will have crew members assisting us to make sure all items are picked up correctly.
During the sale, some items have tags that fall off and we remove those items from the sale floor. If you are missing an item, please check our missing tag table and clothing rack area.
Any items not picked up by 8pm will be donated to local charities. Up Up and Away Kids Consignment will not hold, store, or maintain any items after pickup has ended.
