HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR DROP OFF APPOINTMENT 

​Up Up and Away Kids Consignment Drop Off Appointment Registration Opens: January 30th at 10:00 AM

Consignor Drop Off Instructions –
To help your drop off go smoothly, please plan for it to take 30–90 minutes. We process thousands of items, so following these steps will make your experience faster and easier:
-When You Arrive:

1. Leave items in your car
2. Go to the front table first to:
   • Scan our QR code to sign in
   • Confirm your crew shift (if applicable)
   • Receive your Pre-Sale Shopping Pass
   • ➤ If you don’t want your check emailed, bring a self-addressed stamped envelope​

-Item Drop Off Process:

1. Bring items to a check-in station
   ➤ Staff will check for condition: no stains, no holes, batteries working, etc.
2. You’ll receive instructions to put out your own items
   • Rolling racks available, but limited
   • Bring a wagon or tub to speed up the process

-Clothing & Shoes:

1. Must be sorted by gender and size
   • You’ll place them directly on the sales floor
   • Correct sorting helps items sell faster!

-Assembly:

1. Set up any items that require assembly (e.g. cribs, toys, etc.)

-You're Done!

1. Once items are dropped off and assembled, you’re free to go!

-Important Note: If you are working a crew shift during drop off days, do NOT schedule your drop off during your shift.

PICKUP YOUR UNSOLD ITEMS AFTER THE SALE

 Unsold Item Pickup Instructions

Pickup Date & Time:

• Pickup: Sunday, February 22nd from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM 

What to Bring:

• Printed Unsold Item Report (or view it on your phone)
• Box, tub, or wagon (rolling racks will not be available)

Pickup Process:

• Pickup takes 30 to 120 minutes, depending on item quantity
• Gather your items and bring them to a crew member with your printed report
• Double-check the consignor number on each tag to ensure items go to the correct owner
• Crew members will be available to assist

Lost Tags:

• Some items may have lost tags and are removed from the sale floor
  ➤ Check the missing tag box and clothing rack area

Important:

• Items not picked up by 7:30 PM on Sunday, February 22nd will be donated. We are unable to look for any missing items.
• NO storage or late pickup available.
