When setting aside items to sell, please use our motto as your guide, “USED, BUT EXCELLENT”. The better your clothes, equipment and toys look, the better they will sell and be enjoyed by our customers. We do not accept any items with stains, fading, holes, broken zippers or snaps, or are recalled. All items must be clean! All toys, furniture, and other gear must be in good working condition with no missing parts or pieces, and have working batteries. We will reject any items not conforming to our standards. And we also love to sell your new items with or without tags still on them!
SELLING TIPS (MORE MONEY FOR YOU!)
-BIG items sell FAST! Baby Equipment, outside toys, slides, play houses, pack-n-plays, ride-ons, strollers, etc. are always high demand items.
-Clothing: Two piece sets and outfits can sell better than single pieces! Pair a top & bottom together for one price. Be sure to include a clear description of both pieces of clothing for the tag. Sets must be same size. Sell several tops together or pants together as a bundle (they must all be the same size), they sell great!

Just about anything and everything babies and kids need, use and want! Also accepting furniture and home goods.

Clothes - sizes preemie thru girls 16 and boys 20 - Do NOT hang. Selling as a set or group is awesome, just keep the grouping together as one, in a clear bag, rubber band or tied with ribbon, etc., and tape/secure the descriptive sold tag on the top (do not cover the barcode with tape). Any clear bag will do! Tape the tag to the outside of the bag. Do NOT put more than one individually sold item with another, even if it's the same buyer. No clothing sub-limits for our online sale, but be mindful of the 400 total overall item limit. Have more than 400 items? Register for another Consignor Number Account.
Shoes - Use a zip tie to keep them together! Must be CLEAN top and bottom and all the way around! Magic Eraser works great in cleaning them up!
Baby & Kids Gear & Equipment - You know.... anything and everything that babies and kids need, use and want!
Like Beds, Bibs, Bottles, Bouncy Seats, Bumbo Seats, Carriers, Changing Tables, Cribs, Diaper Bags, Diaper Pails, Exersaucers, Gates, High Chairs, Monitors, Pack & Plays, Play Yards, Rocking/Glider Chairs, Strollers, Swings, Walkers, etc., etc. All feeding, diapering, furniture, nursery items, accessories, etc. You get the idea!
TOYS - All indoor and outdoor play & equipment for all ages
Small Toys and Loose Items - For smaller toys like rattles, etc., bottles/cups, bibs, socks and other items selling together as one item, bag the 'set' together. Zip lock or any clear bag will do! Tape descriptive sold tag to outside of bag (do not tape over the barcode!).
Books, Movies, Puzzles, Games - If sold as a bundle/set, Put them in a clear bag with the descriptive tag on the top.
Books may be tied together like a ribbon on a gift wrap (all 4 sides), or rubber banded
Movies must be in working condition without scratches and be in original cases. CHECK THEM!
Puzzles should be securely wrapped and taped in plastic/saran wrap/clear bag to prevent loss of pieces, or in their original box, and taped shut.
Games should have all parts and pieces, check them! And taped shut.
Suggest using blue painters tape on items so covers and boxes do not rip. CHECK FOR ALL PARTS AND PIECES - COUNT 'EM!
We don't want to have to refund our buyer and back out your sale if pieces are missing!
Bedding & Linens - Crib and bedding sets, sheets, blankets. Pack & Play sheets, mattress pads. baby blankets, etc.

Strollers - Suggest using pic collage or another app to take more than 1 picture. Shoppers like to see all sides of the stroller, open and closed. Single, Double, Jogging, Sit & Stand, Snap & Go, Triple, Umbrella, etc
If you sold your stroller, include a written description (or the manual) on how to fold/unfold your stroller if it is kinda tricky as our customers need to know how they work. Some of them are soooo confusing for the first time! Be sure to describe them in detail on the tag "Graco single stroller, blue w/tan stripes".
If you have a stroller and car seat combo (travel system), print enough tags of that same item number to attach to each piece so we know they go together. Attach all pieces with zip ties to keep everything together. You may handwrite on the tag what the price includes: Graco Green/Tan Stroller, car seat & base or Stroller, car seat 2 bases - Describe it well :) (you can handwrite additional info on the tag as the inventory system is limited to description space)
Travel Systems Car Seats and Bases must be less than 4 years old and conform to all safety inspections. Check the www.cpsc.gov website for any recalls and bring a completed printout of the Car Seat Safety Check List to drop off.
Pack & Plays and Cribs - Be sure you have a complete description on the tag, such as "Graco Green/Tan Plaid with changing top & activity bar". (you can handwrite additional info if needed as the inventory system is limited to description space). Secure all accessories to the pack & play or crib. If the crib mattress is included, be sure to indicate so, and also brand of mattress. Attach the manual, if you have it. Suggest using pic collage or another app to take more than 1 picture of cribs as shoppers like to see more than 1 pic of higher value items they are buying. You may show different configurations if it is a convertible crib, etc. Think... what would I like to see and know about this prior to buying.
CRIBS: We can only accept those manufactured AFTER June 29, 2011. Refer to the manufacturer sticker on the crib.
Check the www.cpsc.gov website for any recalls and bring a completed printout of the Crib Safety Checklist during drop off.
Furniture - We accept children and some household furniture in great condition- see below
When consigning furniture, please price it to sell! Consider letting it go at a 50% discount on the last day by marking the 'Discount' box while entering the item in the inventory system.
Shoes - Use a zip tie to keep them together! Must be CLEAN top and bottom and all the way around! Magic Eraser works great in cleaning them up!

- MUST BE free of pet hair/odor and smoke odor
- Breast Pumps
- Car Seats, Car Seat Bases, Car Booster Seats,
- Crib Bumper Pads unless breathable kind
- Food / Formula
- Rock-n-Plays, Incline Sleepers
- Used Underwear
- Anything that has been recalled
- All electronic items MUST be in good working condition and anything that takes batteries MUST have working batteries in them including baby swings, bouncer seats, toys, games, etc. as they will be tested at buyer pick up. Check battery compartments for corrosion (clean with a paste of baking soda & water with a Q-tip!)
- Items sold not meeting our quality & safety guidelines, will not be allowed & the sale of such item will be reversed. The buyer will be refunded and not paid to the seller, nor will the item be returned to the seller.
