bring your sold items only to your DROP OFF APPOINTMENT
(Check in at the front when you arrive, we will be there to assist you with instructions. We want your drop off appointment to go as smoothly and quickly as possible. Sellers are responsible for bringing all sold items only to the Online Sale drop off/pick up location, even if you only sold 1 item. You will scan in sold items upon arrival, and place them in the designated areas as directed. This should take 20-40 minutes on average depending how many items you sold. It's faster and easier if you can leave your kids with someone! We will be happy to answer questions and show you what you need to do! If you sold 50-100 items plan on 45-60 minutes. If you have more than 100 sold items, please schedule your drop off appointment for more than 2 hours prior to our closing time so you will ample time.
Your sold tags will have the buyers code on them. (Refer to PRICE PRINT AND TAG PAGE). To make your drop off go quickly, group your buyer codes into alphabetical order when affixing tags. You can even put all the "A" codes or "A,B & C" codes, etc., in 1 box, just to keep buyers separated and yourself organized, which will make your drop off quicker. We suggest bringing a wagon if you have one, to load your things in!
Don't forget to schedule a drop off appointment. We will email you a reminder as sign ups will be 2 weeks prior to the sale.
